Will a 85 hilux bullbar fit a 92 4runner - urgent

Sorry but I need to know urgently if a 85 single cab hilux bullbar will fit a 4runner without welding up new mounts. has anyone tried this?

im gonna take a stab and say ur an aussie or kiwi by the way you've written that post. the USA boys (most of this forum) dont have luxies they have the equivelant tacoma and as for your question sorry mate wouldnt know. google is your friend, good luck!

How did you predict that? and why does it matter? Also, ill bet you $0.99 that he already knew that they have luxies and we have tacos...

On topic : I honestly don't know the answer, and yes Google is prob the best option, or use the Google search here specific to t4r. I hope to move to au/nz eventually. The usa is pooping, and the waves suck. Good luck

i guess you can just tell by the way he's written it and when i say it out loud (im an aussie) it sounds like something i would say. dunno why it matters just picked up on it!

the only thing i see being different is the 85 is sfa and your 4runner is ifs they might work

it wont work, SFA and IFS have different mounts. unless you are talking replacing the entire bumper but then again i dont think it will work without any fab work, as ARB has to different part numbers for 84-85 and 86-95. a lot of these bumpers/brush bars use the SFA front spring hanger w/ frame rail mounting point verses the IFS uses just a frame rail mounting plate. they do not mix
