Will a Hood fit inside?

Probably a really dumb question but I couldn’t find an answer anywhere. I’m looking at buying a 4Runner that’s six hours away from where I live, and it may or may not include an extra sport hood. I’m taking a car down to pick it up so I can’t haul it back with that, am I gonna be able to fold the seats down and put it in the back or will it not fit?

It'll fit but won't lay perfectly flat. Bring a moving blanket to wrap it up.

A hood will fit in the back of the runner with the seats folded down. It's how i picked up my sport hood.

As others said, take extra moving blankets to pad top of hood, then 1 door then another....all padded up, nice....

That’s kinda what I was thinking just use lots of packing blankets and what not for the doors but I wasn’t sure if the hood would fit inside as well

I'd put the hood on top if the doors have windows. Should also let the center of the hood rest on the doors instead of being setup on a wheel well.
