Windshield wipers/cowl and drainage

Hey everyone. Curious if anyone here ever cleans out their drain holes under the windshield wiper cowl. If so, does anyone have a step by step to remove everything and unclog?

My 4R lives outside and I constantly have to pick leaves and other debris from my trees out of the wiper cowl area. I've seen others in the similar situations have water build up behind the firewall and get into the cabin when the drains are clogged, so I'm trying to prevent this.

Any help would be appreciated.

These are the drains that I'd be concerned with (since clogs could result in water coming into the cabin).

A/C condensation drain (some 4th Gen info).
