Does the rack come with those brackets which slide into the factory rails? And all mounting hardware? Any mounting instructions?

It comes with the brackets. I can get pics tomorrow. It pretty much self explanatory once you see the brackets

So I finally pulled the trigger on a full-length Whitson Rack. No sun roof so I had Josh make me a full-length floor.
Shipped last week. Should be here Monday.
Beyond excited!!!
Was going to get a Baja rack but a Whitson is hands-down a better set-up.
I ordered it stock with two cross-over bars.

Question for all...
Should I powder-coat it or Rhino Line it???

Still need to find a weather stripping that I can use for the bottom to keep it sealed along the roof. They have some 5/16th fender edge molding at TAP, but not sure if I got the angle on the roof that close. May need to find something a little thicker.

what weather stripping did you end up using? would you use it again and recommend it?

As it sits I may be able to bring the sides back another 6" with the material I have. Still deciding on whether I will do that or not.

are you pleased with how far back your wind faring is currently? or would you extend it?

The plan is to start the mounting in the center then pull it tight around the sides. Once it's mounted I will apply just enough heat to take out the tension.

I believe I found some at the local hardware store. I will see if I can get some closer shots of it but it did work out well and has held up great so far.

I'm happy with where it is now. I should really get some new pictures to post up. It extends only to the first upright on the sides and I think looks complete that way. Anymore and I think it may look funny.

The material was actually thin enough that it just wrapped around. No heat needed.

Need to get some more pictures of it soon. I'm adding a few of those 6" toytec LED lights for perimeter lights. Should help out a lot when setting up camp in the dark. They actually fit right between the side tubes and should be able to sit flush with the sides to keep them from getting snagged. Trying to get a few other projects finished up so hopefully I can get the tabs welded on soon and get them mounted. Ill try to post some updated pictures when I get them finished.

Yes, I build adjustable crossbars for 40 each, just need an exact outside to outside measurement of your top rail to set them up.
