Wondering if I can use? Suma Performance Mirrors

Hello all,

First post, thanks for having me! I am the VERY proud owner of a 2017 TRD ORD Pro. Super pumped! However, the mirrors are terrible so I upgraded to the convex suma performance mirrors.

Toyota Tacoma/4runner Blind Spot Mirrors – Suma Performance

At the last minute, I decided to include the options, defrost and Blind Spot Assist HOWEVER now I'm wondering if if my model and trim will allow these features to work?

The mirror currently has the digital turn but I dont believe defrost or blind spot. I assume defrost would be easier of the two.

Have any other enthusiast upgraded their mirrors and can provide any feedback?

Blind Spot Assist.....No it will not work. Change your order.

I have the blue tinted/turn signal/heated.

I have the mirror heaters and they are direct plug and play, the 4Runners do not have the Toyota Safety Sense and cannot utilize the blind spot features since they don't have the sensors

Possibly. They should warm up with the rear defroster on. That is one way to check.
