Defrost option is 'extra' according to the website.

I didn't know that 2nd gen Tacoma and 5th gen 4runner used the same mirrors?

Defrost will work with Suma Mirrors with the defroster feature, plug and play.

Blind spot no. vehicle does not have sensors to trigger it.
Turn signal is possible if your handy with wires. [MENTION=150567]Old Red[/MENTION] was making a wire harness to let this happen but a mod got a bug up his ass and prohibited him from selling them.

I believe the OP was referring to the Tacoma regarding BSM. For trucks with turn signals in the mirror, wiring the blinking glass should be an easy tap. Else would probably need to tap off the turn signals markers.

You'll need to splice them. If you have turn signal integrated in your mirror housing, then you simply run the wire from Suma Mirrors to there and splice them (we provide the wires and taps). If not, then you'll need to route the mirror wire to where the blink wire is and splice them.
