Worst place T4R factory GPS has put you?

So far I've had no problems with Nav on my 2018 T4R. Not so on my 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. On a trip from Maine back to NC last year coming through Hartford Conn. I was instructed to turn left off an elevated I-84 where there was nothing to the left but a concrete barrier and a long drop down. When I didn't turn left I was instructed to make a LEGAL u turn. Kinda lost faith in Subaru's Nav after that.

Don't have an issue with it, because I don't rely on GPS. I like to know where I am going and do not rely on one single technology.

There are so many stories of idiots who get lost or stuck because they relied on their GPS, which in turn took them on roads not suited for their vehicle.

WEll there are many members that will defend Toyota no matter what the company screws up ..

I had no problems in my new england area with this toyota nav system .. but since GPS can screw up I do use maps to make a plan on traveling in areas that are new to me...

so last year 2016 SR5 runner going north from jacksonville NC to RT95 going back home to the cold north east .. on a major road suddenly the nav shows NO road wife put on the cell phone GPS NAV and there it was the road was on her cell.. so after about 5 miles or so the toyota nav began to show the road again ,,, ..

Toyota is not perfect ! should give us a fixed NAV update for free or at lower cost ..
