Worth it to Trade Stock V8 intake for K&N CAI

Guy is wanting to trade Stock intake (mine) for K&N CAI staight up. Would it be worth it? Its for the 4.7 V8. :usa2:

Na, keep the stock one and get a new filter; it's a better CAI than K&N.
