Would 4wd springs into a 2wd runner be high in front?

Hi the title says it all, I have a 2wd 4runner with a 2.7 engine and I have a set of 4wd springs from a limited with 35k be much higher up front ?

Not sure but it would be minimal I would think.

Thanks pitbull, thats what I was thinking but not im starting to think with the weight of the 4 cyl compared to the 6 and then the whole front diff, transfer case, cvs etc it might make a pretty big diff so id like to get input from someone that might have done it or have experience before?

Not sure about the weight difference between 4cyl and 6cyl, but I did it on my 2wd (lots of others have, too) and think it looks great. I did both front and rear, with '99 coils. It gave me about 2 inches, which was perfect. When I first put them on I thought it was more than I wanted, but it settled just a bit and is perfect for me.

I dont know if youd be interested, but I have a set uf Tundra coils from a non TRD 2x4 Tundra. They fit just like the TRD Tundra coils do, except they set the front end right around stock height. And they ride amazing. If I didnt want a lift I would run them on my truck just for how smooth they ride

Nash: Thank you, thats just what I was looking for, but wow the rear is actually taller then the front? thats unsual, even on my 4wd the front was taller then the back, anyway, I have from 01 springs with 40k that I will be putting on a friends 2wd runner, I installed the rears today and it looks like it went up about 2 inches already, lets just hope the fronts dont end up higher then the rear looking too raked haha. Thanks

I think that's a bit of a camera trick. The back might be just a tad higher, but not much at all. It's pretty even. I can measure tomorrow if you want. I don't have the rubber cones in the back coils, otherwise it would add another half inch or so.

Meh, I measured anyway, because around here we like to measure things. These are from a concrete floor straight up through the center cap to the bottom of the arch of the fender:

FR: 36.5"
FL: 36.5"
RR: 37.25"
RL: 37.25"

So yeah, the back is a tad higher than the front, but not much. If I put the cones in the back it'd be about full inch to inch and a quarter difference.
