It's cool. Not cool enough to make me want a new bimmer, however. They don't appeal to me like the older ones.

Pretty presentation... last I heard the laser lamps will not be coming to the US due to regulations. Same reason why the European required auto-adjusting HID lamps are not standard on HID vehicles (some weird DOT crap.)

Not to mention knowing BMW, it will break constantly and cost 2k per headlamp not including labor & reprogramming.

Just checked here at work, the 2014-15 Lincoln MKZ already have 2k headlamp asy.. $2067.68 to be exact just for the right side. Plus the hour plus to program. Wait until the new F150 LED headlamps start to come out too!

But Yes, nice presentation!

More Break My Wallet gadgetry that will be uber expensive to fix when it breaks and it will.

My uncle just sold his 08 X5 4.8l machine for an 1/6 of what it cost him new. Only three major problems by 100,000 miles.

I would drive one if all I had to pay was gas and insurance. Nothing more. And got to trade it in by 60,000 miles.

That's what warranties are for. :)

Always lease BMWs. Never, EVER buy them. Unless you're talking about something older and cool like an E36 or E46 M3...
