I did not do it myself. I wanted it right and someone to blame if it wasn't.
The hood and grill cross bar was 125.00 installed.

Looks great Bill. Is the wrap inside the scoop? Any chance of a closer photo especially around the scoop? Once winter finally leaves the cold north I have the wrap and the knifeless wrap cutting tape to do this too.

The wrap is not inside the scoop. I'll get a better pic. It was raining out when I took this one.

Quotes came in at $250. and $300. Sheesh.
I had bought $10. worth of 3M 1080 matte black earlier so gave it a try, but used someone else's suggestion to just "strategically" place it to prevent reflection.
Turned out OK, I'll see how it works. For $10. good enough for now.

The first weekend that winter lost its grip in MN and I finally wrapped my hood scoop. I only wrapped the scoop but not all the way back like Bill. I think it looks great and this morning it was highly functional, my retina thanked me!
I used VViViD vinyl in matte black. I started with a paper template then traced it on the vinyl and cut. I had enough vinyl to cut two just in case I screwed up but luckily, I did not need the second.
