Good luck finding one, your best bet would be to hit up user: D Farms, he was making the end caps at one point, he still might be making them.

Here they are. I never used em, decided to go a different route. I think 60 shipped would be fair. I paid around 80-90 for them. I would recommend looking at Dfarms write up on them for more information.
