Im looking to buy a 3rd gen hood scoop preferably silver already but if black or another I can deal with it and im not looking to spend a fortune as well

Try Certifit Online. They have the hood with a scoop for $78.50. You would have to paint it and purchase the guts(plastic inserts) from Toyota.
