Anything but black color
Little rust, minor cosmetics OK

* could live with V8
** mostly for sunroof... spouse's req!

This is a second car purchase, so I am flexible on time and could accommodate your selling plans, as needed.

I've actually seen a few on craigslist/autotrader around here as I'm beginning to look myself.

Most of them were in the 65,000 - 85,000 mile range around $15-17k

I'm going to drive my '98 through the winter and then make a purchase in the spring as my rear end is all but rusted out. GL with the search
