You might have some good results looking up Toyota dealers in the state and asking them to send you one.
Had to do this years ago -- I accidentally "tapped" another car and broke her license plate frame from an out of state dealership. She demanded a replacement, it had to be from the same place, blah blah blah. I called the dealership and the receptionist mailed one out that day.

Only case where I can see this worth it is of you buy a BMW at the Beverly Hills dealership. I did, and the frame was cool. Other than that, well, to each his own.
Call the dealership and they'll sell you one for ten or fifteen bucks. No point in trying to find a used one for such cheap item.
