WTB: Bridgestone Dueler 18" tire

I am looking for just one new or close to new Bridgestone Dueler 265/60/18 tire. I recently came upon a set of the 18" limited wheels, but the tires don't all match. One of the wheels is mounted with a brand new Michelin Cross Terrain 265/60/18. I am looking to replace it with a Bridgestone to match the other three tires. This particular wheel was the spare. It's in good condition, with just a few really small marks on it (see pictures). If you want, I'll trade you the Michelin for a Bridgestone... maybe you have a spare thats just sitting under your 4Runner that you wouldn't mind trading? Let me know if you can help me out. I am located in Philly, but willing to drive a bit.
