I have a gray cargo cover for sale on my '99 partout thread. There is a piece missing on the driver-side end cap, but it still installs like it should and works perfectly. Text me at 979-574-2070 if interested.

Yes, the cargo cover will fit a 2002, you would just have to change out the brackets from the round ones that you probably have to the square ones that fit this cargo cover. It is easy - each one is just two screws. I have the gray square brackets that I can throw in the deal for you. I can sell you everything for $99 shipped. The headrests from my partout have been sold.
