X-REAS and third-row seats

I'm looking at purchasing a 2008 4wd V8 Limited 4Runner (hoping to snag a great end-of-year deal!). I really want both the X-REAS option and the third row seat. Is it possible to get both options or are these two options mutually exclusive (either/or)?

Yes. You can get X-REAS and third row seats together.

Rear air-suspension with X-REAS is not available with third row seats. (X-REAS is included with the rear air suspension option. X-REAS is also available as a stand alone option without the rear air suspension, which be optioned with third row seats.)

Thanks for the response - that's great news for me! But what exactly is rear air-suspension? Is it something I would want/need? From what I've read, it sounds like it helps a lot in towing -- which I never plan on doing. Just want to make sure I understand all of the options (pros/cons) and make the right decision... thanks!
