X-REAS leveling kit on a KDSS 4R - HELP!!

Hi!! Here’s is my question. I searched about that and didn’t find any answer so I hope some people can answer me here. I don’t know a lot about suspension and lift kit.

To resume the long story, a custom shop install a X-REAS leveling kit on my 2018 trail kdss 4runner and I noticed it after the install.

So after the install, I asked for the leveling kit box to see and do some research about this «*new*» Rough Country leveling kit (the guy who sell me the lift kit said it was a new kit for kdss 4runner) I found it was finally the Rough Country 767 leveling kit, for X-Reas only 4runner.
I chat with a guy on the rough country live chat on their website and he said that the kit does not fit KDSS equipped 4runner but the shop installed it on my 4runner and said everything seems normal during the install so technically it fits? The kit has spacers and shock extensions (go see in the picture)

1. What could be the consequences of this particular leveling kit (made for X-Reas) on my KDSS 4runner, if there is any? Should I remove it or it’s ok to run with it? I don’t want to mess or use prematurely my suspension.

2. Are leveling kit good for lift/and occasional offroad or should I install something better?

And why this spacer leveling kit is supposed to not fit with KDSS and only X-Reas?

Can someone explain to me? I don’t know very much!!

If this is truly the kit they installed on your truck I would return to the shop and insist that they remove it. I can't tell you why it fits XREAS and not the normal or KDSS suspension, but it is pretty clearly marked as not for your truck. If something would happen to fail in the suspension due to this kit, you would almost certainly be responsible for the damages.

Obviously, I would not return to that shop to have work done anymore.

Yes, I understand and agree with what you said but I want someone who know Kdss and xreas pretty good that can explain to me why it should or shouldn’t fit and if there’s seriously a risk.

What make this leveling kit not for Kdss? What piece of this leveling kit is not good for kdss in particular? why or how this leveling kit can do damage? (If it really does something to my suspension).

The story is that the shop who did the install is not the one who recommended and make me buy this leveling kit.

I was supposed to do the installation at shop #1 (who recommended and make me buy the kit) but shipping from the company was long and I moved out of town so they send the kit to shop #2 (in my new town). Shop #2 just make the install as they were told to and like I said, I noticed this was the 767 kit and that it was made for xreas 4runner. But the 2 shop said that if its fit, its good but i dont trust their knowledge with Toyota 4runner with kdss & xreas.
