I have a Brand New H11 Volt kit 4300K. This was intentionally used for a 4th gen low beam. I ended up buying an LED kit after my first bulbs burnt out.

I also have a set of ballasts that are used for about a month. This was the set that had a bulb malfunction. They were tested by Xenon Depot and are in working condition. This set is ballasts only and do not come with bulbs. You can buy your own bulbs and save some money. $25 shipped
