Yakima crossbars, Thule crossbar measurements?

Wondering if someone could measure the height of their Yakima or Thule crossbars from their roof to the top of the bars. I'm trying to see if they will fit on my 4Runner and still fit in my garage. I know it'll probably differ based on your mount types, but just a general measurement will do. Thanks!

I have the Yakima round bars on top of the factory rails. From the roof to the top of the bars, I measured 4" at the roof centerline and 5" at the rails.
