Installed Maxtrax on OEM roof rail crossbar

I installed Maxtrax to my stock OEM roof rail crossbar. It was not easy but fun project. =)

Nice progress! Did you use anything special to drill out the holes for the pins, or just a regular bit? Also, is that a fuel can mounted up top as well in that last pic? What was your mounting method of choice for that?
I am looking for inspiration so I can hold off on the rack upgrade for now.
