Next came the new DDM Tuning 3000K HID Fog lights, as well as the license plate lights! Love the cool white color with its slight bluish tint, really accents white license plate as well as body color

Side note... I freaking love these projector's output. 90% of the time, even on dark roads I don't feel like I need my brights. When I use my brights, the night turns to day... My first truck was terrible lighting wise, so I really do appreciate the quality Toyota puts into our rigs from the start.

I stayed at this stage for a long time, trying to recover funds and really research my next few moves.

Blacked out the Limited and Toyota emblems one afternoon with Krylon exterior enamel rattle can after my buddy with the camaro above convinced me in 12 seconds that it needed it haha...

The Lift came next, as my Firestone's had finally worn out after 58 thousand miles (great tire, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great road tire) so I was due for an upgrade!

One last shot before putting it up on the jacks!

Installed Daystar and FJ Coils, didn't measure stock heights, but ended up at 39" front and 40" back, measured to middle of fender wells, AFTER tires. Slight change in ride, stiffened up a little, most likely due to FJ coils. Other than that she still rides like stock, minus a bit of pep due to tire rotational weight.
Install was a definite PIA due to multiple bottle jack failures trying to reinstall struts... Back literally took 20 minutes, half because we replaced the end link bushings, and that takes a little elbow grease because the bolts sit at an awkward angle.
Overall so happy with the stance, and now after moving fender liner forward, right tire only rubs the bumper at one tiny spot when it hits just the right awkward angle...

BEFORE new tires.

AFTER, with 275/65/18 Goodyear Duratracs

Have many different ideas about future mods, definitely going to black out headlight housing soon to finish blacked trim look, and since my girlfriend is 5' 4", and I dislike the stock running boards, definitely going to be looking into step tubes or sliders real soon, or i'll never hear the end of it from her haha.

Thanks again to countless people on here, and if any questions or suggestions, don't hesitate! Happy modding to all;)
