Camry won't start

I'm thinking it's the starter.

What happens is I can turn on the panel but can't get it to start.

When I spin the key, It doesn't even sound like the ignition is starting. I just get a faint electrical hum.

Is it the starter or alternator?

Help please!!!

First make sure both of your battery cables are very tight and not corroded.

They aren't. I just replaced the battery 2 months ago and used the proper fluids to clean it and "protect it". I also just checked and tugged on the cables they aren't loose. The car arms/disarms , radio and all electrical is full power.

No Clicking noise what so ever when I turn the key.. Just a faint hum.

Just because the battery was new two months ago, doesn't mean it is still good now. Although it's not common, they can go bad even when relatively new. I'd get battery and the rest of the electrical system checked out.
