It sounds like you have the lift, wheels and tires on. If you have a 1/4" at ride height, I would drive it and watch it. Keep an eye on the paint on the UCAs. also look for signs of rubbing on the inner sidewall. If the paint is getting rubbed off, I wouldn't be too concerned. When you start seeing a strong rubbing line on the tire, that is time to worry. I know guys that have wheeled with less space than that and have had no issues.

You probably will have other rubbing issues on places like the front bumper/lower valance, rear of the wheelwell/firewall. These can be cut, pounded, heat gun melted, and massaged to minimize rubbing (noticed mainly when turning the wheels). Spacers will move the tire away from the UCAs but will increase the other rubbing because the wheels have a larger arc when turning.
