Anza this week?

ANZA THIS FRIDAY!!!

The wife was doing some urban wheeling in the 4runner last week (she drove over a couple parking curbs), and wanted to know if we could go out to Anza for some real fun. I don't want to go out there alone, I have only been once. So is anyone interested in a light wheelin' day trip this Friday? If so meet at the Anza-Borrego visitors center at 9 am, departure around 9:30.

Would like to but it's a little too close to New Years Eve for me;):

Even with light wheeling please be careful out there. With recent rains around LA (Don't know about AB rainfall tho.) it may be tough going and flash floods in washes are a possibility.

Make sure you have some good recovery gear and some form of communication (CB or FRS/GMRS). Try not to wheel alone out there. It's easy to get lost and breaking down or getting stuck all alone ain't much fun.
