1)Go to edit signature and copy/paste your build thread LINK
2) add URL code. So put [URl="YOUR BUILD THREAD LINK HERE *
3) Where I put the * above, add a "]" ( i didn't use it because it would prevent you from seeing the code)
4) Put the text you want after it:

but the code would look like:
