Once Again Outstanding Customer Service -PIAA
so i have had a set of PIAA 940s for a long time, a couple of weeks ago i noticed the reflectors getting milky/dull, and poor light output. so today i stopped by their headquarters in Gresham Or, and went in to see if they still had any replacement reflectors/lenses in stock that i could still get. PIAA normally doesn't sell to the general public, in fact they do not sell factory direct period (unless you work for them which i do not). the guy i talked to said yes they have 2 of one side and 3 of the other(they are a dual beam side by side lense/light). i was happy to know that they still had a set in old stock. then the guy says hold on a min, and walks off... returning a min or two later with two brown card board boxes, inside two brand new lenses/reflectors for me, for free, no questions asked nothing. he took my name and contact info(also noting and complimenting me on my 4runner) and that was it. once again probably some of the best customer service i have ever seen or heard of let alone experienced. -i mean my lights are over 14 years old and have been on several different vehicles i have owned... its not like the lights had not met my expectations or goals/needs. and i was certainly prepared to buy a new set if they where still available.
this is one reason i will continue to buy their products over and over again with out hesitation. they will continue to be my first choice for lights, even if i can get a similar light cheaper from another manufacture.

Rare lately to hear about good or great customer service. Especially when you shop at WAL-MART. I have been in customer service most of my adult life so I may be a harsh critic. So way to go PIAA!!!!!

i know it is rare, and generally "good" customer service means just doing their job now-a-days, but these guys went way out of their way, i was shocked and almost blown away by it... and this is not the first time i have had a exceptionally good experience with PIAA; right after i bought my 4runner i went to them with a pair of lights that had come on the 4runner from the previous owner, and their was dirt and gunk inside the lenses and moisture had caused the reflector foil to start pealing back... well the guy at PIAA took one look at those and said they didnt make those anymore and said he could only offer me a newer better set. anyhow they more than upgraded me and without question or hesitation gave me a much nicer set of lights than i walked in with.
all im saying is that PIAA is a wonderful company to deal with time and time again, and i think its one thing they look for in their employes, they dont hire just who ever will collect a pay check.

I can't say I've ever had an issue with any PIAA products, and I've had their wheels, lights, and even wiper blades but its nice to know they take care of you if you need something. Hell those wiper blades out lasted the 4Runners payments, and are still going.
