Which notch on my Tundra billies with an ARB?

Switching out my springs today or tomorrow and pairing the Tundra TRDs with Tundra 5100s. I see that the bottom notch or 2nd one up is common for most.

I have an ARB front bumper (no winch at the moment). What notch should I be on with that kind of weight.

RB bumpers don't weigh that much, I am running on the 3rd notch and for me that was fine with no extra weight but one I put the winch in its too low, so I'm going to the ebiach springs. I think the 4th setting will be too much preload for them. But to answer your question go with the 3rd setting

Go with the 3rd, I was on the 2nd with the stock bumper and was going to go up to the 3rd.
