What did you do with your 4runner today?

I should have been blowing leaves, but I found out what plasti dip is...

Bumper install day!

I installed my new bumper today. In the rain-sleet-snow crap we had here in Wisconsin. It took some time but I finally got it on. I would not recommend installing it by yourself. It weighs a ton!

I bet that bumper was heavy. I bolted up my wife's sliders by myself and had to reg up some jacks to hold up the sliders while i was under it.

It was very heavy! Also it was a pain trying to get it into place, had to get the sledgehammer out and hit the frame ends a little bit.

Did some small tuning on mine for race gas. Hopefully I can nail it on friday when I hit the track with my friends. FYI op thats a nice looking truck, love the kinda two tone you got going on.

Nuthin' today, but yesterday... I washed 100lbs of mud off, changed the oil, rotated and balanced the tires, turned the front rotors (damn brake vibration finally gone), and detailed the interior. Seems like alot but thats mostly just my normal 5k service.

i missed it like crazy while it sits at the dealer waiting for manifold fix....havent seen it for 2 days :sobbing: had to drive my moms Hyundai Santa Fe back and forth to classes all day today and then to work tomorrow :roadkill:

Drove to work, then to Reno for the monthly walmart/whole foods(GF)/In N Out :hungry: (ME!) trip. Got my interior LED's in the mail tonight so ill install them tomorrow, cant wait!!

Oi, isn't that the truth... Could buy a new 4Runner with the amount technicians spend in tools. And I totally agree, its nice to be able to toss the 4Runner on the lift at the end of the day or come in on a day off to use the shop. My service manager nice to the tech like that. :bluejump:
