Okay, So I've reviewed the Headlight Diagram, Turn Signal Diag, and illumination Diag. The only thing the three have in common is the "Combo Switch", being your turn signal switch. The grounds all appear to be separate and the power for the lights originates from that switch.

It would be worth pulling the turn signal switch out of the truck and fully disassembling it. You can check and clean all of the contacts. When finished, smear fresh Dielectric grease on everything that makes an electrical contact and put it back together. Could be a cheap fix.
I did already pull the switch apart. But I didnt really clean it. I can try that.
