Bilstein Tundra Adjustable 5100's with 99 Tall Coils

I'm trying to get some information on running this combo in the front. I know that seen several members who have this setup. Currently, I am running 99 talls with stock shocks with a hub to fender measurement of 21.5" and I would like to get an additiona 1-1.5". Three questions:

Can the Tundra 5100/99 Tall combo give me this height increase?

What perch setting are you using?

Ride quality?

Reviving this tread I'm also putting this set up on my runner with 906s in the back
was just wondering if anyone knows what perch to set the front shocks to accommodate the 2 inch lift
