Truck looks great by the way!
if i measured correctly it was just under 25" (thats with a 2" BL). i am running them with the Bilstein 5100s.

here are some pics from Cleghorn 11/20/11. i picked up the bumper from a local guy. it was made for a 4runner without a body lift which is why there's a gap on mine. it will be posted up for sale in the near future if anyone's interested.

at first when thinking 18" rims, I thought it would look terrible, but I love your 4runner. The wheels are one of my fav parts! haha I like the JDM look it has and the purple color is sick

Is this the front bumper from Seajay's rolled 4Runner off of TTORA? Either way, I love that bumper!

Are you going to replace it with the same design but for your body lift?

I like the painted skid. Did you use spray paint or did you powder coat it? Plans for blinkers added to the bumper or wired into your side markers?

i scuffed it up and sprayed it with self-etching flat black. ive been meaning to wire up the blinkers to the corner lamps but never got to it.

That would have been the run to be on. The FJ you see was 2WD (had a locker though) but Cleghorn gives you the opportunity to pick different lines to try harder stuff or bypass it and stay on what is more or less a dirt road.
