You can air down a skinny tire to make it wide, but you can't make a wide tire skinny from filling it with air. And skinny tires are superior in most offroad applications.
 
just one Question. i doing my wheels black. I already did my prep. (really good) So i wanted to know if i can use Duplicolor engine enamel if i gonna use oven to bake @ 100 degrees for about 1hr in order too cure. What about VHT capiler paint (900 degrees heat rest.) can i use that too?

How are skinny tires superior in offroad conditions? And also, the benefit of starting out with a wider tire before airing down is simply that the tire is wider already. No need to air down (as much) as you would have to do with a "skinny" tire. Airing down too much increases the chance of sloppy handing as well as promotes premature tread wear along with exposing more sidewall to sharp objects
 
I used regular paint with coats of clear over it. If you can find Duplicolor Rim Paint in your color that's what I would go with. I think they make it in gloss black.
 
what kinda rims are those. i just turned 16 and got my first truck which is a 2000 black 4unner and i wanna get some rims like that but i dont have any idea where do get them

Look into the sequioa/tundra rims, the TRD Tacoma Rims, FJ TRD Rims.
 
The rims are off of a 94 toyota Land Cruiser. I got em off of craigslist. I would keep an eye out they pop up time to time on Ebay to.

Thanks I think it looks way better with out the grille guard and running boards off. And believe it or not it's easier to get into with them removed! Now I'm waiting on front and rear bumpers.
