I want to put a roof cross bar well forward of the factory rails. I wish to use Yakima Q towers. I could go either with a Landing Pad 7 adapters that requires drilling into the roof or use Q-clips. Unfortunately, Yakima does not support any Q clips for 4th gen.
The q62 is listed to fit 3rd gen, and there are some reports of using q62 on 5th. Has anyone found a Q clip that fits well enough into the 4th gen front door?
