Replaced battery - now radio will not turn on

I recently disconnected the battery in my 09 Urban Runner and reconnected a new battery. I reinitialized all the windows and everything seems to be working fine except the radio/nav won't power on. I checked all the fuses related to the radio and nothing is blown. I'm out of ideas on how to fix this. Any insight anybody might have would be appreciated!

I know the urban runner uses TomTom but look at the radio itself. My kenwood Nav has a power button that I never have to push. The radio/nav just powers up on startup. After my battery died recently, the radio/nav didn't work. Once I remembered that, it took a couple of minutes for me to even find the power button on the radio but that did the trick (well that and remembering how slow it is to start up, I turned it 'on' and 'off' a few times with impatience). Once I turned it on, it starts with the truck like normal.

Bringing this back. From the searches I've done it sounds like quite a bit of people have this problem but no answers. I disconnected the battery yesterday for a while and now my limited nav screen is stuck on "No DVD" (which I do not have) Is there a code that would be in the owners manual (which I also do not have)?

Same issue, cannot figure it out. Disconnected battery, everything else works great but the radio. The Orange light is on the radio, but no text. I called Toyota and they weren't sure why this would be. I'm seeing this is common but the other fixed I've seen haven't worked. Anyone?

Try disconnecting negative terminal on battery (make sure key is removed from ignition)
then pump your brake pedal 10-15 times to drain any residual juice in the system. You can also try honking your horn.
Wait 15 minutes.
Reconnect negative terminal and see if it works now.

Thanks for the reply. I gave this a try, still with no luck! I don't get it...
