Don't worry about it... when time comes you'll have the newest car and they'll all be driving old cars. A friend of mine kept talking about how he's got his old '98 Prelude, because his sister bought a RX400h and other buddies got Scion tCs, but what he forgot was he was one of the few that got a new car back then while we were all still riding the bus.

IM planning on getting an RSX later because my parents wil give me 20k for a car when im in my second year of college, like my bro. Ill prob have to put in a couple grand or just buy a semi used one. So yes soon I might have a new car or a used one when they are all dirving their semi new ones

Well, my wife has the nice one and I'm still driving my 95 truck, and have no plans to get rid of it anytime soon.
I can afford a brand new one, but then I'd have to get rid of my boat and dirtbikes and I don't plan on doing that.
Hell, I only drive 20 miles a day Monday thru Friday so I can tolerate it.
I actually still like it anyway.

Most of my friends got cars bought by their parents for them when they just got their liscence, one friend has a 69 camero, an escalade, and an avanti to drive. Anotherhas had a suburban, a civic, a wrangler rubicon, a cadillac, and nowis on his new 05 or 06 jeep cherokee

I feel lucky that my pearents are paying my insurance. I'm driving a 1989 volkswagon Jetta diesel with a wopping 52hp and 650K miles on it. I dont care that the paint is gone all that matters to me is it gets 50 miles a gallon, and when my friends are cryin the blues about the gas prices I still can drive. Yes, I have a job and it pays 13.00 an hour, but I work my butt off. Half my money goes in a savings account college, the other half in my pocket.
I just dont get why someone would want to just give their kid everything and never make them work for it.
Go buy your self a nice audi A4. They are quick, Very safe, great on gas, and awd. My brother drives one. its got around 245hp and 268ft lbs. Man that thing goes.
