Cosmetic front end damage- 2007 limited 300k+ for sale 6000
Hey guys- I am trying to find the appropriate arena in which I can sell my much loved 4th gen T4R- where I am not dealing with scammers trying to steal from me, all the while avoiding the dealerships who don't appreciate what I've got. Yes she has some damage, but she drives wonderfully still, no airbag deployment, AC is cold, and structurally intact. Any suggestions on a safe and preferable way to sell? Alternatively, if this is a good arena to post this baby for sale, please let me know if you are interested.
2007 Toyota 4x4 Limited; Priced to SELL! 3rd row seating, leather seats, sliding sunroof, navigation, hands free calling. Clean title, tires were purchased in November 2020, regular oil changes/maintenance. Great vehicle with no major issues other than cosmetic body issues. Mechanical intact, frame has no problems. Cosmetic damage to the front drivers side due to a deer hit and run. AC is cold, stereo is great, gas mileage is better than it should be- 18 MPG In town, closer to 20 Hwy. small tears in drivers seat, odometer at approx. 306,200 this vehicle has never given me any major issues. Price is negotiable.
2007 Toyota 4Runner Limited - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...

Selling 2004 4th gen 180k miles for $8000, in great shape except
failed inspection due to passenger side frame rust, looks like a 15 inch hole or so to me. tried knocking around with a hammer and didnt hear much change in sound elsewhere.
Mechanic: "I couldn't believe it, this thing is super clean, engine looks terrific, another 50-100k in it at least probably more"
I'll post pictures but I detailed it myself last weekend. Some minor cosmetic imperfections but I think right now that we don't want to deal with repairs to the frame. I'm really sad to sell it, I love this one but we are also headed back to AZ and I don't want it to sit in my garage. To the right owner - I hope you enjoy, I think you'll be getting a steal.
I'm not a car person but have loved the engineering on this car. Will do my best to answer any questions and or get on a facetime.
Newish really nice tires, 20k miles ago
New axles
Brakes and calipers probably <10k miles ago
Oil changed religously every 5k miles
Replaced the spark plugs around 32-24k miles ago
Has 3rd row
No rips in seats
4WD works great
limited offroading, no more than 3x per year
bought it in 2018. no accidents, no smoke

The frame is only like 6” tall so a 15” hole in the frame sounds pretty serious haha.
What trim/engine? SR5, Sport Edition or limited? V6 or v8?

You are probably the victim of the air conditioner condensate drain line that dumps right on top of the passenger side frame rail in engine compartment the water runs down to under front door and accumulates/drips on ground but does much damage to frame over the years. I had the same on mine and re-routed the condensate line after I discovered it. Had to pay $1000 repair to plate the frame.

I have a front passenger side door panel and rear seat cushions. The door panel has some scratches and the rear seat cushions have some burn holes. Free pickup in Irvine CA.

Is anyone parting out a Sport edition by chance? I need some misc interior parts that I'm hoping to score for relatively inexpensive.
The little silver cover that covers the button near the shifter. I.E. if the battery is dead you remove this cover to be able to press the button to move the shifter without turning the key on.
I also need a rear head rest in black. I think the previous owner chunked one of them so they could fold the seat down easier.
Thirdly, I'd really love an inexpensive OEM shift knob. I had a Tacoma before this and loved the leather wrapped knob. The on on mine is carbon fiber looking and just doesn't fit.
Thanks in advance.

The "shift lock cover" hopefully your local dealer can order it for cheap
Otherwise, ebay is probably your best bet for an OEM shift knob and headrest

Agreed, a dealer is your best bet and buy four of them because they're so easy to lose! Just add it to a larger dealer order the next time you place an order!

Front Suspension Components
Finally getting around to re-doing the front suspension on the 4runner. Have few parts I would like to get rid of.
Vehicle = 2006 v8 4runner
Located in Downey CA,
Shocks = 2.5 Radflo EXT Travel (650lb Spring) $800 OBO
UCA = Total Chaos $350 OBO
LCA = Stock.. I think 1AAuto 25k Miles $100 OBO
Stock Spindles with Wheel bearings = $250 OBO
Napa Auto - Axels = Both axle 10k miles $100 obo (one has torn boot)
Might have a few other things like steering rack and steering components. Let know if anyone is interested.

I still have an 18" spare with an unused 265/60r18 Bridgestone tire that I'd also be willing to trade for a 17" spare with a tire.
I'm located in Greenville, SC and would rather meet up then deal with shipping.

I may have your wheel let me check
