I don't have much on the glovebox light, but I have removed a power seat in an 05 Sienna chair side air bags. Remove the negative battery cable first, then there should be 4 bolts holding the seat. Once all the bolts are removed, lean the seat back and unplug any connectors underneath. Any yellow cable is most likely for the airbag, but I didn't have any trouble with them. From there, you should be good to remove the seat and clean underneath.
If for any reason you feel unconformable with unplugging the seat connections, you could probably get a vacuum under there without unplugging anything. If I remember correctly, there was enough slack in the Sienna cables to rock the seat back a decent amount.
