Toyota Buy 3 tires get the 4th for $1.

So i work at a toyota dealer in the chicagoland area and October is a HUGE tire sale month. Basically purchase any toyota OEM, OEA tire through a toyota dealer and you get 3 tires full price and the 4th for a dollar. I had a customer with a 2005 limited get michelin tires that would normally be 1200 for just over 1000 mounted and balanced. Granted our special does not include Nitto or specific tires that we all love on the forums.Has anyone tried taking advantage of these sales? Or opinions?
But for those looking for tires on the t4r for everyday driving., my opinion would be to get them now. If anyone wants a quick quote let me know i have this site open in my back window at work so im usually just surfing around.

I don't know about Chicago...but here in NH...I get flyers from our local Toyota dealer all the time about sales...Last time I needed tires the local Toyota dealer was running this same sale....So I checked them out.

Their prices for 3 tires was $150 MORE then the local tire shops 4 tires price...EXACT same tire and size.

Same thing here in AL. It's a deal if you buy tires from the dealership anyway, but it's not cheaper than local tire store prices. I was quoted over $100 more for a set of tires from the dealership even with buy 3 get 1.

im not sure what they are charging for mounting/balancing. But we do price match tires from other places as well. This works for ALL toyotas and Scions. SUV and sedans.

I just check out this deal too since I work at a toyota dealership and it is a deal!

I priced out michelin ltx m/s 2 in 275/65/18 and heres what i cam up with

tire rack - $1059 shipped to me
discount tire direct - $980 shipped
my dealership - $810 out the door including tax!!!

this doesnt include mount and balance but that would kinda be the same no matter where i had it done.
