5100s at 1.75 and Stacked 10mm OME Spacers in Back

I'm sure this has been posted somewhere, but I have literally spent hours searching. I know I've seen someone on here with 5100s set at 1.75 and two OME 10mm spacers stacked on each side in the back. Pictures of this setup is what I am after. That said, if anyone has recommendations of rear spacers coupled with 5100s set at 1.75 up front, I'm all ears! Trying to achieve a very minor lift with front end leveled, but want to avoid the front being too high at all cost. When I lived in Tahoe we used to call this the "California lean." I should mention I have a 1/4 Toytec spacer on the front passenger side to correct the KDSS lean and intend on leaving that in, so it might bump the 1.75 up to 2 inches in front. Thanks in advance for any pictures and any input on solutions for the rear.

I have a 10mm ome spacer that I have not installed yet. I'm not sure you can stack 2of them together though, it goes on top of the bump stop. I guess you could superglue a couple together

Most use the daystar 1.5 spacers. They are about 40 bucks for a pair.

I have that same setup minus the toytec spacers. Got the idea from Cowtown. He has pics of his truck with this setup. Im happy with it, as it lifts the back just enough to have a slight rake in case you have any kind of weight in the back. You don't want a reverse rake going on. One tip I would share, as Cowtown shared with me, was to use some adhesive between the OME spacers to hold them together to make install easier. Once you have the spring in place and some upward pressure they wont go anywhere. I used the 3M 357 adhesive spray.

I was able to find cowtown's pictures. Thanks! I now have a concern based on his post regarding on road handling and not being able to get caster close to 4. It looks like .85 may be the way to go after all.

Do as you wish. My alignment came back in spec. There is nothing set in stone saying caster must be set to 4.

BTLAW-

I'm assuming that you're referencing a much older thread that I posted in. I totally went down the rabbit hole regarding my 4Runner's handling whenever I first modified the suspension. It had a twitchy/floaty feeling at highway speeds, and I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. I assumed that it had to be alignment related---specifically a caster problem---but all of my alignment measurements were within factory spec.

Much to my embarrassment, I eventually found the real source of my problem. I'd swapped my factory tires for Duratracs at the same time that I installed the Bilsteins and OME trim spacers. My Duratracs are LT-metric, load range E tires. I'd been driving around with the tires inflated to 32 PSI per the doorframe sticker. I found that, once I increased my tire pressure, my 4Runner's handling changed dramatically.

I'd like to pretend that I figured that one out all on my own because it seems so simple. But I seriously don't know if I would've ever figured it out if 1engineer and Ducmonsta hadn't helped me troubleshoot my issue. I can tell you (and I assume Lexusbstrdchild will confirm) that this suspension setup works great and has great ride quality if you're wanting to keep your factory coils and UCAs.

Any pictures of this setup?

I posted these in a previous thread. I've got Bilstein 5100s with the front adjustables set to 1.75" and a pair of stacked 10mm OME trim spacers on each rear coil.

Cowtown,

Thank you so much for the update on your handling issue and the pictures. You've really helped me out with my decision.

rear spacers

I am in a similar situation and I am getting cornfed rear spacers 1" on the drivers side and 3/4" on the passenger side to fix my driver side lean on my 14 TEP. In order to get something custom ordered from cornfed I had to go through burtman industries.

Trying to gather some thoughts. Will adding just a single 10mm OME trim spacer each side in the rear make any noticeable difference at all. I'm at 1.75" up front with nothing in the back and have 2 sitting in my garage. Thanks.

bump on this. 10mm is .39 of an inch.... Anyone have pics... I currently have 1" cornfed's and there is some very obvious rake... 2 10mm spacers is obviously less than the cornfeds, but, I'm looking for level.

1.75 up front with 10mm OME in back. I'm putting rear 1.5" springs on asap. I have basically level frame with no load but put anything in the back and it's negative rake. These pics were on day of the front being lifted to 1.75" and since then the rear springs have actually settled lower.
