A Little Love for Sonoran Steel Lifts

Wanted to bring some attention to Sonoran Steel and their lift products.

There's lots of options out there for suspension systems and everyone has a preference or specific need for their rigs and use.
So, after stepping away from 4Runners to a lifted Sequoia for about 5years, we're back to a 4Runner. And after searching the forums to brain overload, and having Sonoran equipment on two previous 3rd Gen 4Runners, I came back to Steve at Sonoran for his 3 inch lift.

We recently got back from a 650+ mile trip to the Eastern Sierras and the ride was awesome, very comfortable and great road manners. I'm just as impressed with it on my 5th Gen as I was on the 3rd's. I did a little off-roading in the snow to get some perspective, not just cruising asphalt miles. However, at $40k I've got cheaper toys to not worry so much about off road.

Again, just wanted to give some exposure to Steve and his products to anyone looking

Seems expensive for Bilstein 5100's and springs.

Shocks are $360 for four shipped.

Wheelers off-road springs $358 and $25 for shipping, $383.

$743....you could have uca's and still be ahead of that kit.

I'm glad your happy but I'm not seeing the value compared to other options...:eek:

Unless I missed it and they come with uca's..
 
I ran a Sonoran Steel rear track bar on my last 5th gen and just got another one in the mail for my current one. Excellent product at a good price. The bushings he use really smooth out the ride too.. I didn't think it'd make that much difference but I certainly felt it.
 
Just wanted to add my support for Steve being a good dude. I called him up for a parts kit for my TBU and he was super helpful and knowledgeable.
 
Have his rear links & pan hard on the Runner and they have been well used! I have to give a big thumbs up to Steve for such great products!

I'd have to say it rides better than OEM for my application. I replaced my XREAS system which is a different set-up than yours, so it could vary a bit.

I don't notice any body roll at all, it's met my expectations and more.
