They turn around orders in 1 business day. The delay comes with customs and that can take anywhere between 5 days to upwards of 15 days. That is completely out of CarTrim's hands.

CT clearly states in the title of the 2020 grill that it is NOT for Limited trims. They also make a note of it at the very top of the actual description.

Yes now it does i pre ordered it and it said for all 2020.models once it shipped out the description was.changed and they didn't deny it so thats why I am getting a full refund no questions asked.

My mistake - I’ve only ever seen the listing with the verbiage about it not fitting Limiteds.

Just got my 2020 Trd Pro grille from cartrimhome. The fitment was horrible , mainly the center black bar. The top part went on but needed 2 longer screws and when reinstalled two of the clips did not click in but it went back on the vehicle secure and looks fine. The bottom black bar with the lettering was terrible. It was not cut correctly so on the right side it did not go on all the way and is sticking out , it came scratched on the right and left for me. The letters O did not have tape on them and was a pain to get on but I am more upset with the center bar just not fitting properly for me. I hope some of you have better luck than I did. Sorry to hear that. I’d recommend taking pictures of each problem and replying back to your order email to explain the issues. I’ve taken a screenshot of your post and also sent it to my contact to make him aware. Please DM me your order number so I can tie this feedback to that order for CT.

I been in the process of trying to have this resolved with them but they honestly did not want to believe it as they stated they test fitted some on the 2020 models in China. Maybe I just got a bad mold but I was offered $20 back and I did not want it , honestly just want a center bar that fits properly and some new letters so I started a paypal case not a claim to try and work it out with them that we. I hope they can help but I'd be happy to Dm you my Order # , I am sure they are aware of me complaining by now. Dm incoming

I talked to my contact. They arranged to send you another center piece. They confirmed this piece does not have a single scratch on it.

I appreciate it , besides the scratches , the fitment was off. I am hoping this new one when it arrives fits ok and it was just a mistake with the 1st. Besides that it does look really good and the cut out for the 2020 safety sensor was perfect. How would you go about removing the bar? Hair dryer ok to heat it up and pull off or would a heat gun be needed ? Ty

It sounds like they have some pretty reasonable customer service.
Just pulled my grille and blackout kit out of the box and it’s leaving a little to be desired. The grille letters seem to be chipped on the edges from being broken off the mold, and the blackout kit was cut wrong and leaves Chrome exposed. Am I being picky for what I paid or have others experienced this and asked for replacements?
