Not sure which Extreme light bar you have, but I have the dual amber/white version. Due to there being 2 switches with the light bar I was unable to run the original wiring down the windshield gutter because the cable was to large. I ended up chopping the cable and running the positive wires down the driver side windshield gutter and running the negative wires down the passenger side. I put some silicone down the guttering before I ran the wiring.
The rear lights I routed the wiring down in between the rear hatch and roof and down through the rubber grommet. You can pull the roof down inside the truck enough to fish the wiring down to the left and grab it from the jack compartment, and just run it all the way up to the front of the truck. It helps a ton if you have one of those wire fishing cables.
