Help solving wiper fluid mystery..

So recently my wiper fluid stopped working, both front (drivers side works a little but hardly any water comes out) and rear. I assumed I was just low on fluid. Topped it off and still no go. Today I topped the reservoir off again which I thought could be leaking, and held rear wiper w/ spray on for a while. I could hear the pump running, and after a while heard water dripping from the rear bumper??

I'm assuming this could be a line that froze/busted after a trip to Iowa last November. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

The line runs underneath the pax rear cargo window. If you undo the rear panels you’ll be able to see it.

If not the hose, I would check the connection at the rear nozzle under the spoiler.

My guess is the bottle has a crack where the lines attach to it. If your washer fluid froze that's one of the week points. If you can remove the bottle inspect and pressure test the bottle. I've seen this happen before in other vehicles.

Lol, yes... and like I said, we went to Iowa last November and it was extremely cold there at the time so I'm pretty sure that's when this started.
