Windows rubbing on window seals, annoying noise

My 2010 just hit 115k and I have zero interior creaks or rattles except this:
I am getting a ticking/rubbing noise coming from where the windows seal against the rubber window seals.

Its as if the texture of the tint doesn't rub smoothly against the rubber seal and creates a creak/tick. I've cleaned the glass-runs and sprayed silicone lube all along/inside the seals and that doesn't seem to help. Its the worst on the drivers window. I can tell its the seal because if I just barely crack the window the sound goes away.

Has anyone experienced this? My next step would be to get a really light grease and apply it in the window seal/glass run.

This is what we have used on our German vehicles. Works well, but I am sure there are other similar products on the market..

Get some silicon plumbers grease and apply it to the rubber. It works great.

No. It is specifically for rubber seals -- the stuff around your doors and windows.

The stuff for the brakes is a different product:Amazon.com: TOYOTA Genuine (08887-80609) Brake Caliper Grease : Automotive

You are right. It is mainly used for the rubber parts of brakes (piston seals, caps, etc) but can also be used for other rubber components.
