Lift capacity of spare tire cable- 150#??

Thinking of buying these water tanks (3) that fit in the spare wheel space and lift into place with the cable, anyone have experience with these? Curious if the cable can lift and hold the weight of 18 gal of water (150#).

My 2014 & my 2021 both have chains, not a cable.

The chain arrangement replaces the cable which was prone to fraying/failure.
I'm sure the chain will handle the 150# but the next worry might be the lower/raise assembly itself.

Looks vulnerable to being hit by rocks in the rough stuff.
