My '85 4runner does not have RPM gauge and I hate not seeing my RPMs as I shift or drive. Do you know some good aftermarket and also how easy is it to install them? Thanks
Auto-Meter and Stewart-Warner make good aftermarket tachs and generally come with pretty good instructions. You should be able to find at NAPA or similar auto parts store.

It all depends on what you want. I bought the $10 dollar one cause I didn't car if i looked good, just funtioned. i put it in my samurai. It worked just fine.
