The EVO X MR Touring is one of my favorite car to own. If it weren't made by Mitsu, then it would be a screaming bargain!

Man you gotta love the supra. My dad has a white, 1997 Twin Turbo 15th Anniversary Edition Supra. Everything is still stock except for a lowered stiff racing suspension. For a while they were developing the FT-HS concept but just dropped it last year, that would have become the next supra.:ybrick:

Everyone says its suppose to be but with a 100K+price tag and limited production numbers (500 i think) its far from a supra.

Actually far more pricey, it will be $375k+....
The LF-A is not trying to be a bang for your buck Japanese sports car, but rather a top of the line supercar.

First of all I doubt it, at least for awhile.
Second, here is the concept I was talking about. THIS IS the next version of the supra if only it would be made again.:roadkill:

IIRC, the Supra project has been shelved indefinitely by Toyota. True Supra enthusiasts/purists say the Supra is dead as of the MKIV and anything else coming out is just carrying the name will always lack true Supra DNA.
If there is a sportscar shared with the IS platform, I think Toyota will likely badge it as a IS-coupe and call it a day. But in any case, I don't think Toyota has any real motivation to bring back a sportscar. The closest to that we can get to a sportscar today is the X-Runner.
Toyota is more an appliance maker. They just build plain vanilla cars, but they do a pretty good job at it.
