I have been in the automotive machine shop business for over 40 years. The rear axle bearing on Toyota pickups are very difficult to remove. You cannot use a common bearing splitter. The backing plate prevents pressing. The ABS sensor ring is expensive. I have developed and patented 2 tools (rear axle bearing puller and ABS sensor ring remover) With these two tools you can remove and save the ABS sensor ring and remove the bearing from the axle. The tool is multi-drilled to acomodate the early pickups as well as 4-runners, Tacomas, T-100's, Tundra, etc. Forget about your hammer, chisel and your cutting torch.
